This 4 hour program will provide a review of the 2020 Kohl’s personal property court decision,which reversed a Superior Court decision and sent the case back for a new trial. The Assessor Potpourri will include a roundtable discussion by Tim Hutvagner and Mary Gardner on effects of Covid in an office setting. Sonia Rutchick will also present her process of inventorying construction site equipment and communications with general contractors in an effort to document assets for the personal property assessment.
