Each month, CAAO and CT IAAO sponsor IAAO educational webinars hosted at the Town of Rocky Hill. Webinars are free of charge to CAAO and/or CT IAAO members who attend the webinar in person at the Town Hall Council Chambers in Rocky Hill at 761 Old Main Street. What does CAMA and GIS integration mean? Why is this important? What are the benefits? How do I do it? What are the options? What do I need to know? How do I get started? What are the trends in technology? What types of spatial analysis are available? What can I use my GIS for? If you're new to GIS and to integrating GIS and CAMA, this session will cover the basics of how to get full value of your GIS from integrating with your CAMA data to new analysis, visualization and sharing capabilities - all to improve and better defend values with technology you probably already have.

Making Marijuana Personal

A real-world approach to assessing commercial marijuana facilities. We will break down each of the 3 major facility types (grower, processor and dispensary) to show what you would expect to see in a typical facility including equipment, furniture and fixtures, and inventories and the values associated with each of them.

With the multifamily market booming, increasing rents have had a significant effect when it comes to affordability. It has put pressure on the need for developers to find a creative way to supply multifamily housing that is affordable in an industry with rising land and construction costs.
